Welcome to the Currituck Education Foundation homepage!
The Currituck Education Foundation supports public education in Currituck with funding to meet needs, in order to create an engaged, educated community. Founded in 2016, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and we have engaged in fundraising and collecting donations to make our schools better here in Currituck County. We are growing stronger but need your support in order for us to help our educators and school personnel. We seek businesses and individuals who are willing to partner with us to best support and benefit the education of our students. We are proud to support the students and educators in the Currituck County Public Schools!

Wilson Snowden Scholarship Endowment
The Wilson Snowden Scholarship Endowment was established by Leeward Renewable Energy to honor the memory of Wilson Snowden and his service to the volunteer fire departments. The funds from the endowment will be used to provide scholarships to ensure Currituck County Fire-EMS workers can continually remain on the cutting edge of safety practices. This also matches Leeward Renewable Energy's commitment to the community and public safety.
The scholarships will be available to graduating seniors, Currituck County employees and volunteers with Currituck Fire-EMS who are pursuing an Associate Degree in Emergency Medical Science / Paramedic / Emergency Management / Fire Science.
